The consumer statute establishes through article 47 of law 1480, that those who make purchases online have the right to return the product to the same address, by the same means and in the same conditions that it was delivered, within (5) days working days after the delivery of this, talking about packaging and labels, without having been used, otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
